The apartment features a full contemporary kitchen with top-grade appliances and bar counter, dining area with large dining room table, and living room with leather furniture and lots of windows. There is a large third balcony off the living room overlooking downtown and perfect for people-watching!

Where is Mason Place? In the heart of downtown Saugatuck above 'Round the Corner Ice Cream shop on Mason Street. This is not a waterfront apartment, however, the harbor is within view.

Waterfront Jacuzzi Suite 505
Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults (no children)
Located on the west banks of the Kalamazoo River, only eight feet from the water's edge, this new suite opened in the summer of 2000. The bedroom has a king bed and waterfront balcony providing a spectacular view of charming downtown Saugatuck just 75 yards across the river. The separate living room features cable television, DVD, and another waterfront balcony. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils, and the large bathroom includes a 2-person Jacuzzi, heated tile floor, and shower. Cable television, DVD, telephone, and air-conditioning are included.

Where is Suite 505? Suite 505 is located in a new building on the west banks of the Kalamazoo River. Note that this is the opposite side of the river from the BaySide Inn, commonly known as the "beach side" of town. Although it is located only about 200 yards across the river from the BaySide Inn, it is approximately a 5-7 minute drive as you must drive up to the bridge to cross to the other side of the river.

Please note: Due to the close proximity to the water, for safety reasons we do not allow children in this suite. Breakfast at the BaySide Inn is not included in the rental of this apartment.
